What it means for a buyer
The figures describe a deep and active market, with more first-time investors each year. They do not say which area, project or price suits a particular buyer. That depends on the brief: the budget, the timeline, and whether the property should earn rent, hold its value or support a residence visa. An advisor can take your brief and set the options against the same figures, with every assumption written down.
